(In English) via telephone, fax or E-mail to our Sales staff. Please always include where you are calling from, your Tel & Fax No. and where do you want the vehicles to be shipped (i.e. Port of discharge) with every inquire you make.

  1. From our available stocklist. (Prices include Consumption Tax)
  2. Upon special request For vehicles not available from our stocklist. We can buy such vehicles for and on your behalf from our sources. On receipt of your special request we require an advanced deposit (Refundable in case we could not locate the unit within 30 working days from the date of received deposit.(Consumption Tax not included)
  3. Direct. If you are visiting Japan, Autorec is willing to take you to Auctions, Wholesalers and to our Stock yards where we hold hundreds of vehicles. There you can phisically inspect and purchase the cars of your choice. We handle all the arrangments and have an English-speaking staff available.(Consumption tax not included).

PRICES :
  • FOB in JP YEN (Vehicle cost + Preparation cost in Factory + Custom Clerance + Export fee)
  • C&F in US$ ( FOB + Ocean Freight )
  • CIF in US$ ( FOB + Ocean Freight + Insurance )

*Prices vary according to the current $/Yen exchange rate.
*Vehicles once confirmed, cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation charge.

PAYMENT METHOD :
We request that payment be remitted by T.T. (telegraphic transfer) prior shipping.
Once we receive bank confirmation, we will then begin the processing of all necessary documents and shipping preparations. Please be sure to double-check all final details and ensure that payment is made promptly because any additional costs incurred from delayed shipping will be the responsibility of the receiver.

GENERAL TERMS & SALES CONDITION

Every vehicle listed on our web site is owned by Autorec Enterprise, Ltd. We are not third party agents or brokers. All vehicles listed are used and therefore a certain tollerance on the external general condition of the vehicle has to be considered. Vehicles sold under the term USED AS IT IS are inteded to be sold as they are and no reconditioning is included in the sales contract. Following the receipt of payment, confirmed vehicles will be scheduled for shipment on the first available vessel. Buyer and consignee Names and addresses have to be confirmed, and Faxed to us to make sure that all the shipping documentation is correctly prepared before shipment. (If supplied from us fill in an Order Form and fax it back to us at the number indicated on it.) For CIF payments, balance has to be fully paid prior shipment. No vehicle will be shipped until payment is received and balance cleared. FOB export fee payments, are to be made before the Bill of Lading issue and confirmation. After receipt of payments received, documentation necessary to clear the vehicle at the destination port will be sent to you via TNT express mail. Vehicle once confirmed cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation charge of 20% of the total contracted amount. Autorec Enterprise is not responsable of any damage occurred to the vehicle during and after it has reached the destination port.
claimsCLAIMS CLAUSE
We " Autorec " are confident in vehicle quality standard for all our vehicles.
However, if any malfunctions or defects are found when it arrived, please contact us as soon as possible.

Here are our claims clause.
  1. Autorec shall not be liable for.
    * Any interior damages that are judged as minor & invisible damages. (including cigarette burns, stains and any cuts) * Any exterior damages that are judged as minor & invisible damages. (including scratches, tiny dents, holes and small rust) * Any consumable parts including battery, oil, fuel, air conditioning gas, etc..
  2. No claim shall be accepted in the case of,
    *the Value of vehicle( FOB amount ) purchased is below US$1,500 *Any damages can be repaired within US$300. (the customer shall bear minor repairing less than USD300 per vehicle ); * The customer dose not notify any claims in writing by E-mail or fax within 14 days after the arrival of the vehicle at the final destination ( specified on the B/L )
The following documents has to be presented by E-mail or Fax within 10days after the notice of claim to us.
  • Any reports of vehicle's condition
  • A reputable Garage report with quotation in US dollars.
  • Any photos of damages
shippingSHIPPING

Autorec will try it? fs best to ship your ordered vehicles as soon as possible after receiving your full payment. Vehicles will normally be shipped within 30 working days, depending on availability of vessel & space on board. In case of bank Draft, the shipment can only be completed after clearance of the check. Full payment has to be received at least 3 days before vessel departure.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS :
Autorec will provide all the necessary documents to clear your vehicle at the destination port. Documents will be mailed to you by express courrier only after vessel departure.
