Dear Mr. Yusuke Kurashige In December of 2009, I was searching for a vehicle that was affordable and just right for me. My Father and brother in the states referred me to Autorec online service. I checked it out and loved the site! It was easy to use and had a variety of cars and specifics I could have chosen from. I decided upon a Suzuki Swift with help from the Sales Rep, Mr. Yusuke Kurashige of (South America and the West Indies) , the communication and process of the paper works and sale was unbelievable great and with utmost patience. I received the papers(invoice etc),spare key, folder,hat,keychain, along with other great goodies a few week right after the purchase was made. I received my Swift in early January of 2010 and at first site, the car was everything Mr. Yusuke Kurashige and Autorec told me it was. Unfortunately whilst driving off the port here in Guyana, I encountered a problem when putting on my AC. The car vibrated and turned off. I emailed Mr. Yusuke Kurashige with the difficulty I was encountering and with no hesitation; he tried helping me to find a solution. We emailed back and forth for a few weeks, when in discussion, the mechanics there in Japan and Mr. Yusuke Kurashige came up with a few solutions. Here is where I needed a few parts for my Suzuki Swift. Mr. Yusuke Kurashige decided that Autorec would provide the (THREE) parts, with the understanding I pay the shipping, I had no problem with that! Fair deal ! The parts arrived a few days after and I replaced each one by one. Turns out that the problem was with the crank shaft postion sensor, a part Autorec provided. Thanks to the aftersales from Autorec�fs company along with sales rep. Mr. Yusuke Kurashige, my swift is working well and I am now enjoying my Swift! Deodatt Ramjag(Guyana)
